Thank you for shopping at KurtiCrush.com! We take great pride in delivering high-quality ethnic wear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a clear and customer-friendly return and exchange process.


Return Eligibility

We accept return requests under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be raised within 7-10 business days after a successful quality check of the delivered product.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as delivered, without any damages, stains, or odors.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Products purchased during sale or discount offers

  • Items showing signs of wear, wash, or damage


Exchange Policy

We understand that sizing can vary, and we’re happy to help!

  • Size exchanges are accepted if the requested size is available in stock.

  • If the size is unavailable, you may opt for store credit or choose another item of equal value.

Note: We do not accept returns for size-related issues — only exchanges are allowed.


Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned product, our team will perform a quality check.

  • Upon successful inspection, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method (Razorpay, UPI, card, etc.)
